Return policy

All sales are final. A product with a defect under guarantee criteria will be repaired, replaced or credited, at the choice of;  Sofas Athena Inc.


Complaint

To report any problem with your purchase, please contact our customer service at email address support@athenaquebec.ca as soon as possible. You will need to provide a detailed description of the problem, accompanied by your proof of purchase and photos of the product concerned. A period of 3 working days is required to process your request.


Deadlines for complaints

  • Store collection : The buyer has 24 hours to report a hardware breakage on the goods. Any request must include the original invoice and photos of the defective product.
  • Delivery : The buyer has 48 hours to report a generosity to the goods. The original invoice and photos of the defective product will be required.

If applicable, a repair will be carried out at no cost. Sofas Athena Inc. Do not cover damage to fabric membranes under the couches and armchairs.


Terms

  • Sofas Athena Inc. reserves the right to approve or refuse a refund.
  • The proof of purchase is compulsory for any request.
  • Each case is evaluated individually.
  • Refunds are made in the form of credit.
  • A technician can be dispatched to assess the problem or make a repair, with a maximum contact period of 14 days.

Order cancellation

  • In store : All sales are final. Deposits are not refundable.
  • Online : All sales are final. Deposits are not refundable. 
  • Sofas Athena Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of price error or inventory rupture.

Customer responsibilities

  • Report the material breaks on time.
  • Check that the furniture ordered is appropriate. If the furniture does not go through the opening during delivery or collection, a new selection is possible, but delivery and restocking costs will be applied.
  • An adult must be present during delivery. In case of absence, a new delivery must be planned at the cost of the customer.
  • Ensure safe access for delivery (e.g. snare in winter).
  • Pick up any order in store within 7 days.
